DirectionsPreheat oven to 350 degrees.In a blender or food processor, grind Fiber One to a breadcrumb-like consistency. Combine crumbs with butter mixture, cinnamon, and the contents of the sweetener packets. Stir until well mixed.In an oven-safe 9-inch pie dish sprayed lightly with nonstick spray, evenly distribute mixture, using your hands or a flat utensil to firmly press and form the crust. Press it into the edges and up along the sides of the dish.Bake crust in the oven for 10 minutes and then remove it and allow to cool.In a medium pot, heat berries over a medium flame until they are mostly thawed. Add Splenda, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Mix well.Once mixture is thoroughly heated and begins to bubble, reduce heat to low and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until mixture has thickened. Then remove pot from heat and allow it to cool for several minutes.Once berry mix has cooled, evenly spoon it into the pie crust. Allow pie to cool and set in the fridge for several hours before cutting.Cut pie into 8 slices.
